Simple Qigong

Simple Qigong is set to music and can be done either sitting or standing. You will learn several simple, gentle movements that are repeated to encourage a meditative state and greater health.

Qigong is an ancient (4,000 years old) type of gentle exercise from China, focusing on posture, breath and slow meditative movements, that supports general health.
