The Centers for Disease Control guidelines say people age 65 or older should exercise regularly to prevent health problems, make muscles stronger, and enable doing day-to-day activities without becoming dependent.
We offer the following classes to help you meet your exercise goals.

Tai Chi involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion.
Dynamic Aging Exercise Class

Dynamic Aging exercises are designed for restoring movement, especially for better balance and the activities of daily life. Exercises and habit modifications for varying fitness and mobility levels.
